Softgel encapsulation
Oil-based actives in bovine, fish or vegan starch shells. 250mg to 1500mg fill weights, oval, oblong and round dies.
Hard capsules
Size 00 to 3, HPMC or gelatin, including delayed-release shells for probiotics and acid-sensitive actives.
Tablets & coating
Direct compression and wet granulation, with film coating, sugar coating and bilayer options for split actives.
Effervescent
Low-humidity rooms and moisture-barrier tubes, with sugar-free flavour systems that dissolve clear rather than cloudy.

Blending, granulation and single-dose stick filling from 2g to 15g, with nitrogen flushing for sensitive actives.

Raw materials are quarantined and verified on arrival. In-process checks run at every stage. Finished goods are held until the analysis comes back clean — and the retained sample stays with us for the full shelf life, so a question two years from now still has an answer.
